Vaste functies

A permanent position means that the candidate will be employed by you based on a contract for a specific period or on a permanent basis. We charge a one-off fee for this service. There is also the possibility to accept a candidate for your organization on a secondment basis, prior to awarding them a permanent contract. After the relevant candidate has worked 1040 hours, he/she can switch to a permanent contract, at no extra charge.

1 – First meeting
Because the chemistry between an Assistant, their superior and the organization is crucial, we always visit your organization with two consultants to familiarize ourselves with you and your organization. This way, we find out more about the business and culture of your organization and we can hear what your specific requirements are. And if possible, we also like to talk with the manager for whom we are making a match. Because solid knowledge and preparation are essential.

2 – Defining the profile
Once we have gained a clear picture of your organization and your requirements, we get started straight away. With our experienced team, we first define a concrete profile. So that we know what kind of professionals we have to look for.

3 – Searching
Armed with this clearly defined profile, we initiate a carefully prepared search in our extensive network of more than 20,000 professionals. We also place the vacancy on our own website and on various paid job boards (free of charge) and social media to further expand the reach.

4 – Presenting
Once we have completed a solid selection process of candidates whom we think match your organization in terms of skillset and personality, we present them to you. To provide you with a range of choices, but not to overwhelm you with candidates, our aim is to propose three candidates that are qualitatively equal but that differ somewhat in terms of personality.

5 – Reference checking
If you express interest in one of our candidates, we will then perform a reference check. This way, we can be sure we won’t be unpleasantly surprised further on in the procedure. Additionally, we offer the option to have candidates tested.

6 – Guarantee
All assignments are done on the basis of ‘no cure, no pay’. In addition, we maintain a guarantee period. If one of the two parties decides to terminate the employment agreement during the guarantee period, we will look for a new candidate at no extra cost to the client.

7 – Evaluation
We believe in maintaining long-term relationships with our clients. This means that at the end of each search process, we always evaluate the process, so that we can learn from each other. This is an advantage if a new vacancy arises in your organization because we can then act quickly on your behalf.
